Need some more reassurance about The Wallflower Creative?

Don’t worry, I have all the answers you’ll need below so you can fully understand the process of my virtual assistant services & what they can do for you. However, If you still haven’t found the answers you're looking for, then please feel free to reach out to me via the contact page.

 

  • Hours purchased are tracked using a time-tracking widget I created within Notion, which you'll find in your client portal. On that same page, the hours will be added to a table where you'll be able to see what tasks I've done and how long they had taken me to do.

  • Yes, of course! If you discover that you have more tasks you wish to delegate, we can explore adjusting your current retainer package. However, if you find that you are not utilising all of your hours, we can also discuss reducing them to better suit your business needs.

    Please note that I will need to be informed 30 days in advance to make any changes to your package

  • You will receive an invoice from me on the 1st of every month, where you are required to pay a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% will be invoiced on the 15th of every month. Monthly payments can be made through Stripe or PayPal.

  • There are no rollovers, so please keep in mind that when you purchase an hourly retainer package, those hours must be used within the designated month.

  • I offer ad hoc hours, so If you're seeking a virtual assistant for specific tasks or have just one task in mind, with no ongoing commitment, then you've found your girl.

  • I love to cater my communication to my clients so whether you prefer to simply email or instead use third-party apps like Slack or Voxer, I’m more than happy to use either.

    I also love to use a project management tool called Notion to share updates with my clients by showing task progression.

  • For clients on an hourly retainer package, there is a 3-month minimum commitment. However, for the Pinterest monthly package, the minimum commitment is 6 months

  • Well, it isn’t a party without the USA, so my services are more than open to help out U.S. girlies alongside the European girlies.

  • Yes, I do offer a 1-month trial which is perfect for you if you are not 100% sure you want to commit to the 3 month retainers just yet.

    The trial however is not free and you will need to pay via ad hoc hours instead (£30 per hour). I’d recommend 10 hours to see whether we can truly become virtual work besties.
